2024 Pavement Rehabilitation - 26 St SE

1.This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Road Construction (C70000000) OR Asphalt Road Works C7000100 2. Surface overlay of 26 St SE from 17 Ave SE to 34 Ave SE 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Expected Construction Completion Date is 2024 -10- 31 Pavement rehabilitation (i.e. mill and inlay asphalt) on 26 St SE. The work includes concrete repairs, subgrade repairs if necessary, and all traffic accommodation. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/06/01.
