The City of Rancho Cordova, Department of Public Works, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) that would update and merge the City’s existing Bicycle Master Plan (2016) and the Pedestrian Master Plan (2011). The Active Transportation Plan will combine the City of Rancho Cordova’s Pedestrian Master Plan and the Bicycle Master Plan into one planning document, allowing the City to boldly address active transportation needs that will lead to a shift in travel behaviors through focus on bikeways for all ages and abilities, more equitable engagement, best practices, and new quick build tools all within one document. This RFP contains all the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Proposers are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided and will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein.
