The U.S. Government currently occupies administrative and maintenance space within Eau Claire, WI, which is expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.The required facility needed contains approximately 20,000 Sq Ft of office, training and maintenance space suitable for the repair of heavy equipment. The surrounding site will require approximately 80,000 Sq Ft of fenced parking for secure storage of heavy equipment and other government and military vehicles deemed appropriate. The appropriate site will allow for sole occupancy by the Government and to be considered, it must be within a 50 Mile Radius of the existing facility located in Eau Claire, WI.All real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, janitorial services, snow removal, and ground maintenance must be included in the rent costs and be a part of the lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
