The work shall consist of furnishing and installing CIPP, removing and replacing existing pipe, spot repair, lateral connection repair, and appurtenances; testing all pipelines; all traffic control; protecting in place or removing and replacing all existing utilities, manholes, trees, and public and private improvements; replacing destroyed survey monuments; disposing of excess material and restoring all areas and improvements to pre-construction conditions.
