Notices > Notice To Bidders Snow Removal Posted: 09/16/2022 - 08:00 AM Due By: 10/13/2022 - 11:00 AM Town of West New York County of Hudson, State of New Jersey NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time in the Town Clerk's Office in the Municipal Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J. for: “ SNOW REMOVAL” Bid information may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, Municipal Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J. during regular business from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Town’s website www.westnewyorknj.org. All requests for specifications must be made by e-mail request to CMFO Jonathan DeJoseph (jdejoseph@westnewyorknj.org). Requestor must Provide business name, contact person and contact information (address, telephone and email address). Other questions about obtaining copies of the Electronic Bid Documents, can be addressed to CMFO Jonathan DeJoseph at telephone number (201) 295-5280 Bids for said Contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications. Each bid must be submitted on the provided forms and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be addressed to the Town of West New York and plainly marked “ Snow Removal” Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids, in accordance with applicable law.
