This pre-solicitation announcement is not a solicitation document, but a pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. The full solicitation will be available on or about September 5, 2017 under the title of FCI Otisvlle Parking Lot Painting DJBP0211S3V10018. The Solicitation will be issued electronically through Federal Business Opportunities, (FBO.gov). The entire solicitation package will include all necessary drawings, measurements and all terms and conditions. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. Vendor instructions for submitting a quote will be outlined in the solicitation packet. The solicitation will be total small business set aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. Quoters must be

currently listed in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) as a Small Business for this solicitations NAICS code. Quoters not listed may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. Quoters are required to have a DUNS numbers and an active registration with current representations and certifications in SAM as of the solicitation closing date. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a construction solicitation, for the painting of parking lines for four parking areas at the facility. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to accomplish this work. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this contract is estimated under $25,000. A firm fixed price award shall be made the responsible vendor. Award shall be made based upon price and past performance, with past performance being equally important as price. The government reserves the right to cancel this Request for quotation at any time.
