The mower shall be an Exmark Lazer-Z, X-Series mower, 60” cutting deck with Kawasaki engine, model LZX801GKA60600. It shall include:  Full suspension seat  Operator controlled Discharge (foot)  Trash Container (TC26)  Ultra Vac Completing Kit  Utlra Vac Quick dump collection system Delivery date shall be indicated on the bid form and guaranteed. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted

F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Highway Maintenance Complex, 76 Turkey Hill Rd, Merrimack, NH. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
