This Agreement is a Statewide Inter-Agency Agreement for only State Agencies to use. The Inter-Agency Agreement is entered into as of the Effective Date by the State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services ("DAS PS") and Department of Geology and Mineral Industries ("DOGAMI"). Agencies are required to evaluate new concepts for siting new facilities and property purchases, as well as assessing the vulnerability of current State Real-Estate assets to geologic hazards. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish terms and conditions applicable to, and the general form of, contracts (Service Order Contracts, "SOC") that may entered into between DOGAMI and State Agencies for some or all of the services described in Exhibit C, Statement of Work. DOGAMI helps assist State Agencies for hazard assessments and seismic prioritization work that may include the following: * Evaluating and prioritizing Agency seismic remediation mitigation plans employing the DAS Benefit Cost Analysis tool. This evaluation and recommendation for Agency prioritization and associated model cost estimates. The work will include a review of applicable agency and consultant submitted data including FEMA - 154 Rapid Visual Screen Data. The work may include providing geological hazard data about soil site amplification potential (either as Vs30 value or NEHRP site class), liquefaction susceptibility, landslide susceptibility, and earthquake ground motion data. * Perform flood risk and other hazard assessments as requested by the contracting agency. * Perform other task as requested to provide technical assistance relative to improving their understanding of hazards and possible impacts, business continuation plans, policy information,
