This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number FA822723R2129 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 and its supplements. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 336212 and Product Service Code 2230. This requirement is to purchase Transportable Shelter Trailer (NSN: 2330-00-837-9032 B452). The trailer will have the overall dimensions 22 ft x 102 in. The service provided will be supplied in accordance with the specifications in the attached Product Description and Specification Document. The basic period of performance will be 365 days ARO.**Please refer to

document "Combined Synopsis Solicitation - HDT Tilt Trailer" for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award.**All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis.All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 365 days ARO. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule.Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price; meeting specifications in product description; and, performance within the specified timeframe.Any exceptions to the Heavy Duty Trailer (HDT) Tilt Trailer must be identified in quote.
