Road Project Development Services Rubblize PCCP and HMA Overlay on US 6 from East Junction of US 421 to SR 39

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Title Research, Engineering and Staking), Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plan, Real Estate Services and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP
