Contract Scope The Department of Enterprise Services (DES), through partnership with MMCAP Infuse, offers this contract for the purchase of sublocade and other medical products on an as-needed basis. State agencies, higher education, and political subdivisions are eligible to utilize this contract after MMCAP membership application approval (details below). Please note the MMCAP Infuse award process uses regional preference points and may not be conducive to procedural requirements for federal funding or reimbursement, or the use of other federal grant funds. We recommend consulting with your legal counsel before purchasing using federal funding. MMCAP Infuse Cooperative MMCAP Infuse is a national cooperative purchasing organization for government facilities that provide healthcare services and is operated by the Minnesota Office of State Procurement. How to Use this Contract 1. Establish an MMCAP membership. If your organization does not already have an active membership, an
application is available here.After application submission, MMCAP will be in touch directly to help with new user orientation. If your agency has already processed an application to use MMCAP contracts, another application is notrequired, though each delivery address and point of contact must be identified with MMCAP. 2. Establish an account with the awarded contractor of your choice by contacting the noted representative, if not already active. Comprehensive product pricing is only available by logging in to the contractor's online portal. 3. Login to the contractor's online portal to access available products at approved pricing and place orders. Reference State Contract No. 19022 where possible on your ordering documents. 4. Contact the Contract Administrator(s) listed below with any further questions. How to Access the Contract Documents The contracts for this procurement can be accessed by searching the applicable contractor's name on the MMCAP Infuse member portal after login here. 1. After login, select 'Contracts' from the blue menu on the left-hand side of the screen. 2. Scroll down to the 'View Contract Documents' section and use the search bar to enter the supplier's name. Hit 'Enter.' 3. Note that some contractors have multiple contracts. Find the applicable contract by referencing the 'Category' in the search results on the left-hand side of the screen.
