269A - Pharmaceutical Distribution Services This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for pharmaceuticals from the prime vendor (Cardinal) through the MMCAP Infuse cooperative purchasing agreement. Detailed contract information may be found on the MMCAP Infuse website or you may contact one of the contract administrators for assistance. This contract is mandatoryfor state departments, most state agencies, and by state higher education institutions (except under the conditions specified in G.S. §115D-58.14(a) and G.S. §116-13).
