Qualifications:
V. Offeror Qualifications: Offeror shall submit a detailed written narrative on Offeror, key personnel and subcontractor’s qualifications to include: a. Background information about the Offeror, to include size, number of employees and annual volume of business, including audited financial statements in the last 2 years. b. Offeror should have 5 to 10 years demonstrated experience in security work preferably in performing

Security Assessment & Recommendation Services and/or technical security designs for a combination of the following: i. Education institutions of similar or larger size and scope 1. educational institutions may be comprised of elementary, secondary or higher education ii. Town/City, County, State, Federal agencies, etc. c. 5 to 10 years ‘demonstrated experience in conducting security system design and cost estimating d. Minimum of 3 References of Offeror e. Offeror is expected to submit qualified personnel to carry out this project in a timely fashion. SCPS requires as a part of the IRFP submission resumes of Offeror personnel proposed for this project. iii. Resumes should include: name of key personnel, role in SCPS project, previous qualifications and experience along with length of experience per project and length of time with Offeror’s organization. iv. Include whether those projects size and scope, along with whether they were delivered, on time, and on budget. v. Minimum of 3 References of each key personnel proposed f. If Offeror plans on using subcontractors, SCPS requires as a part of the IRFP submission resumes of the subcontracted organization and personnel proposed for this project. Please use same criteria listed above g. Describe experience in the specific scope of work SCPS has requested. h. Describe the specific features that distinguish the Offeror from other Offerors in the field and state how the Offeror evaluates the effectiveness of its services
