Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Seldovia C-3 and D-3)Subject to AS 38.05.810(a) the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 704 acre amendment to the existing 55-year lease to the Alaska Energy Authority to use the site to divert water from the West Fork Upper Battle Creek drainage and convey it to Bradley Lake to supplement the power generating capacity for the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project.  The additional water from the Battle Creek drainage would increase power production without changing the generation capacity.  The proposed amendment is located within Township 5 South, Range 9 West, Sections 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Seward Meridian.The public is invited to review and comment on this
