The USG will neither pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost(s) incurred in developing information provided to the USG. Proprietary information shall not be submitted; the USG shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Nor will the USG reimburse respondents for any cost(s) associated with any submission in response to this notice or reimburse expenses incurred to the interested parties for responses.Introduction/Background:The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) and the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) are seeking industry input into the proposed Design, Development, Demonstration, and Integration II (D3I2) labor categories and minimum requirements. The proposed labor categories will be applicable to all domains under the proposed acquisition strategy. Respondents are requested to use the attached draft statements of work (SOWs) in conjunction with the attached draft Labor Categories and Minimum Requirements to prepare a response. Please note that the USG is not seeking feedback or recommended changes to the SOWs (submitted feedback and recommended changes will not be entertained by the USG).Request for Information and Submission Details:USASMDC and ACC-RSA SMD/SP request that interested firms that anticipate proposing as a prime contractor on the D3I2 D1 and/or D3I2 D2 effort(s) provide feedback concerning the attached draft Labor Categories and Minimum Requirements. Respondents may provide a redlined version of the Government provided source documents.The response date for this market research is December 2, 2022. No collect calls will be accepted.
