The focus of the brokers’ work would be several hundred acres of existing lots primarily located in the New Century Commerce Center. The lots are comprised of various sizes, most are turnkey, and many are rail served and utility ready. Please review all of the documents under the Attachments tab for more information. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 1:30 PM local time via Zoom. Attendance and participation in the virtual pre-proposal conference is non-mandatory and does not bind any
