See DRAFT PWS attached and all Appendices.The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform on-site hoist and crane inspection, maintenance, repair, and certification services at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico in accordance with (IAW) this PWS, industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.Potential Supplier Hoist and Crane Services will be a follow on award to an existing requirement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform on-site semi-annual inspections, maintenance, and tests; annual proof load tests; provide annual capacity certifications; and perform scheduled and/ or unscheduled repairs as may be ordered; for all cranes and hoists listed in Appendix A at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.The Contractor shall perform this work and provide these services during two scheduled semi-annual inspection, maintenance, testing, repair and weight certification visits in April (includes annual proof-load testing/ capacity certifications) and September, and possibly including unscheduled (emergency) repairs at other
