Mobile Concession Vendor (Ice Cream Truck)

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests proposals for the exclusive rights to operate one ice cream concessions truck within Allen Pond Park from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022. Allen Pond Park is located at 3330 Northview Drive, Bowie, MD 20716.  The Allen Pond Park Mobile Concessions Permit regulations and application are available at no cost by emailing your request to Robin Jones ( rjones@cityofbowie.org ).               Electronic (pdf) proposals will be received via email to Robin Jones at rjones@cityofbowie.org until 11:00 a.m., March 25, 2021.  The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject all proposals.               There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on March 17, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. via Microsoft TEAMS.
