AFSC/PZIMA Contracting Office contemplates the procurement of 12,000 gallons of B&B TriTech 9095N Peroxide-Activated Chemical Remover to perform services in accordance with Local Engineering Services Instruction CP62-06-RR-1053, Amendment 2.This procurement is a sole-source purchase for 240 50-gallon drums of B&B 9095N Chemical Remover per statutaory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."Contact Information: Carrie L.
