Electrical Cable Test Set Components

SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTED.  SEE ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILS.Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for non-commercial MK444 Mod 2 Electrical Cable Test Set components on a sole source basis to DIT-MCO International in support of Lightweight (LWT) torpedo repairs for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) country requirements.  Components include eight (8) each Electrical Cable Test Set DIT-MCO model 2115 Master Switching Units (MSUs), eight (8) each DIT-MCO Multiple Test Terminal (MTT) Test Fixtures (P/N 7609533), and eight (8) each MTT Test Adapters (P/N 8290898).  The solicitation will also include two (2) options for additional quantities.  Each option will provide for two (2) each of the MSU, Test Fixture, and Test Adapter identified above.  Delivery is required 120 days after contract award, or after option exercise.  The resulting contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).  Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334515, with a size standard of 750

employees.  The solicitation, N0025320R0002, is anticipated to be issued on or about 6 December 2019 as a sole-source, non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 15.  No bidders list will be maintained by this office.  Failure to respond to the solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offeror non-responsive and result in rejection of same.  Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.  Applicable drawings are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to the offeror’s appointed data custodian that is registered under the Joint Certification Program (JCP).  Offerors that are not registered can obtain registration information at http://www.dla.mil/HQ/InformationOperations/Offers/Products/LogisticsApplications/JCP/www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/.  Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through beta.sam.gov.
