Successfully Contractors will be awarded a Master Services Contract for a one year + 2 - 1 year renewal terms to perform maintenance & repair services on a Task Order basis and may also be called upon for emergency work. Task Orders will be competitively bid exclusively amongst the awarded Contractors with a Task Order limit not to exceed $500,000. Other Details Contractors must be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations as another qualifying factor.
