ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS Hector International Airport (FAR) Terminal Renovation and Expansion - BP#2 – Hector Terminal Renovation & Expansion Notice is hereby given that McGough Construction Co. LLC & TF Powers Construction Co. (“Construction Manager”) are soliciting proposals on behalf of the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, North Dakota (“Owner”) for: Bid Package #2 – Hector Terminal Renovation & Expansion Bidding documents and project information are available through the Fargo-Moorhead Builders exchange and can also be obtained by contacting taylor.werner@mcgough.com Proposals must be submitted to Taylor Werner, Estimator, McGough Construction, 630 First Avenue North, Suite 4 Fargo, North Dakota 58102 or fargobids@mcgough.com, no later than 2:00 p.m., (Central Time) on April 25th, 2024. It is the sole responsibility

of the bidder to see that the Proposal is received before the submission deadline. Late Proposals will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the Owner, to be in the best interest of the Owner. This project is being bid in accordance with the North Dakota Century Code. This Project includes Federal funding and therefore requires compliance with relevant federal statutes, Executive Orders, and other rules which shall be specified in the bidding documents and project information. These requirements include, but are not limited to, compliance with: Federal Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities, the Buy American Act, Occupation Safety and Health Administration Regulations, and Federal Regulations regarding participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
