CITY OF REDMOND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for SECURITY CAMERA PROJECT The City of Redmond Information Technology Department is soliciting proposals for a qualified professional to implement and deploy a new cloud-based camera system on the Security Camera Project. Proposal(s) shall be clearly marked on the email subject line with Project Title and Company name. The City will only accept electronic proposals for this solicitation. Hard copies or FAX will not be accepted. Submit proposal by email no later than 2:00 p.m. on January 27, 2023, to: City Recorder, Kelly Morse, at kelly.morse@redmondoregon.gov -AND- City IT Specialist, Christian Armatas at christian.armatas@redmondoregon.gov The subject line of the email shall state "Security Camera Project" Maximum size of the file that can be received is 20MB Closing time is determined by when the email is

received by the City's email system, not sent by the proposer Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered There will be no formal opening The project includes labor and materials to install and program designated cameras throughout the City of Redmond, Oregon. The Request for Proposal, attachments, and specifications may be obtained for not cost through the Oregon eProcurement Program, OregonBuys, at http://oregonbuys.gov, or through the City website at http://www.redmondoregon.gov/business/rfps-rfqs. Prospective proposers are solely responsible for checking the website(s) to determine if any addenda have been issued.
