A. Develop work plan, schedule, and stakeholder outreach program
• Develop a work plan/schedule to guide and manage the project in coordination with the MPO project steering committee
• Establish a process for collaborative planning with the stakeholder organizations and agencies
• Develop a plan to conduct public participation for various tasks (the MPO Tell Us Portal

will be available for surveys, as needed)
B. Identify and Evaluate the Alternative Alignments
• Identify viable alignment alternatives within the incomplete sections for analysis and identify constraints associated with those alternatives
• Develop criteria to evaluate the alignment alternatives
• Conduct feasibility analyses (using AASHTO standards) and conduct stakeholder outreach in order to determine preferred alignments. Also, develop planning level cost estimates for the preferred alignments (including estimated property acquisition costs and feasibility of acquiring property (or pedestrian easements) along preferred routes
C. Prepare Study Report and Documentation
• Prepare periodic status reports as identified in the schedule
• Document all findings and prepare a report
