See attached document "W9124V22Q0011_220908" which is in PDF format for specification and minimum reqruirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.  The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, addendum 1 includes information concerning what the requirements are for the evaluation factors. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this requirement, the specific evaluation criteria which is included in paragraph (a) are Price, Technical and Mission Capabilities, Delivery, and Past Performance.  Review carefully the addendum for information on HOW the quotes will be evaluated.     Offers should inlude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (unless updated in SAM.gov).  FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.   All questions shall be in digital format to the email address provided.  Any phone conversation will be directed to submit their question via electronic format.  Any questions that are considered significant will be posted as an amendment in memo format (Question and Answer).  Questions on this requirement should be recieved at least 3 days prior to close
