THE CITY OF PENSACOLA INVITATION TO BID BID NO.: 20-027 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR PENSACOLA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL AREA AND RENTAL CAR SERVICE FACILITY The City of Pensacola (hereinafter referred to as “City”) will receive SEALED BIDS at the Purchasing Office, 222 West Main Street, City Hall Sixth Floor, Pensacola, Florida 32502, no later than 2:30 P.M., local time, on April 15, 2020 . Any submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Multiple proposals from the same entity will not be accepted. Immediately following said date and time, all submittals will be publicly opened. Interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend. AN OPTIONAL A MANDATORY informational conference will be held Friday, April 3, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. local time in the Public Conference Room, Suite 224 at the Pensacola International Airport, 2430 Airport Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida. Bidders shall include with their submittal a certified check, cashier’s check, irrevocable letter of credit, or insurance company’s executed original bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00) as evidence of good faith for a minimum period of sixty days. Submittals must be clearly labeled “Bid for Landscape and Irrigation System Maintenance Services for Pensacola International Airport – Terminal Area and Rental Car Service Facility.” All proposals shall be sealed and marked in the manner prescribed, and shall include one signed original and one (1) additional complete copy plus one (1) complete electronic copy on flash drive or CD.
