23-64032: Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services

DSH-C has (3) three Trane brand chillers and (1) one Multistack chiller that need repair on an as need basis. The Trane chillers are 15 years old and the Multistack chiller is 3 years old. All chillers are located on-site.
