ABLE01-23 - Program/Plan Management Services

The Board is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and/or organizations (the ¿Firms¿ or the ¿Proposers¿) to serve as Program Manager for CalABLE. A qualified Program Manager must manage CalABLE as a national best-in-class ABLE Program; however, CalABLE should primarily appeal to and be used by Californians with disabilities.The Program Manager must offer a range of investment options with competitive investment performance, state-of-the-art enrollment technology, seamless administration and recordkeeping, and responsive customer service, all at the lowest possible cost to investors.
