Staff evaluated the SOIs for the most qualified firm for the project, and at the 12/04/2018 board meeting, the Village Board approved a professional services agreement with Bollinger Lach & Associates (BLA), Inc. for the Schick-Petersdorf resurfacing STP Phase III Engineering Contract. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ As of November 12, 2018 -- Village Staff has narrowed down the Engineering Firms to perform the Phase III for the Schick-Petersdorf STP Resurfacing Project to the following firms in alphabetical order: 1. Bollinger Lach & Associates, Inc. 2. Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. 3. Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. PROJECT, PHASE III ENGINEERING The Village of Bartlett is in need of professional construction engineering services for the Village's Schick-Petersdorf Resurfacing STP Project. The qualified firm should be IDOT prequalified in Special Services/Construction Inspection, should have ability and experience in construction observation and provide staff that has experience in federal aid documentation process.
