Du Régent 27, 1000 Brussels.Please inform us via email to BrusselsBids@state.gov that a hard copy of your proposal can be expected.In both cases, please submit your offer on or before 16:00 Hrs. PM on March 13, 2023 local time. No proposal will be accepted after this time.In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and

We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
