this RFI to obtain information from potential childcare facility operators with knowledge of childcare facility requirements to assist the City with the final selection of sites and provide details regarding the requirements to adapt existing City-owned properties for childcare facility use and to operate a childcare facility. This RFI is issued for purposes of gathering information and planning. The City does not intend to award a contract on the basis of information received in response to this RFI. The City may, in its sole discretion, consider and use the information submitted in response to this RFI in developing a competitive solicitation.
