Plumbing Renovations

The Town of Durham is seeking Plumbing Renovation Work. Work required shall include the following: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for the complete plumbing, electrical & interior renovations at the Durham Fire House located at 41 Main Street in Durham CT. The renovations include complete interior renovations for plumbing, electrical, & finish renovations to Toilet rooms, Bathrooms, & Kitchen and all other requirements as specified in the contract documents. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all labor, materials required to provide all incidental construction as required by the contract documents.
