RFP 21-00-17

Medford School District 549C, hereafter known as "MSD" or "the District", is accepting written proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for athletic uniforms and apparel. The intent and goal of this RFP is to identify a cost-effective and services-oriented vendor that can provide athletic uniforms and apparel for MSD's two high schools. The District intends to enter into a contract with the successful proposer for athletic uniforms and apparel for student-athletes, coaches and athletic staff, which may include but is not limited to: team uniforms, practice gear, competition shoes, coaches shoes, travel sweats and warmup gear, coaching apparel and travel bags.
The successful proposer must be able to provide men's and women's cuts in apparel and uniforms and to provide tall and large sizes and be able to provide all footwear in standard sizes as well as in large/wide sizes.
The District intends to award this contract to a single vendor. It is often necessary for the District to obtain materials in a timely manner, meet specific sport issues, and have the availability of specialized athletic uniforms and apparel with competitive pricing. The successful proposer will demonstrate their ability to furnish and provide for athletic uniforms and apparel for MSD's high school and middle school athletes and coaches
