Hawthorne Community Clinic Interior Renovations (Building and Planning) GENERAL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTORS having previous experience and expertise,
are invited to apply for prequalification and bids in respect to
interior renovations to the Hawthorne Community Clinic on
behalf of the Municipality of Kincardine.
Prequalification drawings & submittal forms may be viewed by
appointment or obtained electronically at:

Prequalification submissions will be received at PAL on
the required forms only, no fax or email submissions will be
accepted until:
1:00:00P.M.
18 August 2017
Those firms selected as a result of the prequalification process
will be so advised prior to the bid period and only those
prequalified firms will be included in the invitation to bid on the
construction of the project.
Bid documents will be made available on September 7, 2017
and may be viewed at the locations noted above or be obtained
electronically by calling PAL. Bids must be received before:
2:00:00P.M.

Only sealed bids will be accepted, no faxed or emailed bids will
be accepted. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud 30
minutes after the submission deadline.
Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid
bond in the amount of 3% of the Bid Price, a 100% performance
bond and 100% labour and material bond.
The Municipality of Kincardine reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion, the lowest or
any bid not necessarily accepted.
All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
