This project will completely assess the current condition of
all HVAC and supporting systems of Varsity Gym. The goal of
this project is to repair / replace any failing equipment,
piping, controls, etc. to improve energy efficiency,
building comfort, and indoor air quality. Currently six
fresh air / steam coil units serve the gymnasium and are
coupled with five exhaust fans. Two of these units have
already been replaced. Other smaller DX units serve various
office suites and classrooms throughout the rest of the
building. These units need to be evaluated and addressed as
well. All pneumatic controls will be upgraded to our JCI
Metasys digital controls.  Submit Letters of Interest
