Estimated of the magnitude of this project is Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.557th Weather Wing Standby Power, Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska (NE). This project will include all work as required to provide a redundant primary distribution feed, switch gear, and transformers, to the 557th Weather Wing located in Building 185. The redundant primary feed shall include the installation of a new 13.8kV distribution line, which is physically separated from existing feeds serving Building 185. The new single story 80 square meter metal stud, brick veneer, and PVC membrane roof addition will house the redundant switchgear, step-down transformers, and the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) fed from the new distribution line. The switchgear will provide feeds to select existing electrical panels within Building 185. Facilities will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, General Building Requirements and UFC 1-200-02, High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per UFC 4-010-01.Project Period of Performance: 670 calendar days from construction NTP.Submission Details:All interested, capable, qualified (under NAICS code 236220) and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this market survey request.
