The 87 Civil Engineering Squadron, specifically the Fire Department, requires the purchase of one (1) combat support foam chariot and trailer. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and transportation as specified below to Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JBMDL). Supply and deliver one (1) Combat Support Foam Chariot II Trailer or equivalent to the Fire Station #1 at JBMDL 90 days after award. Trailer must be 12,000 weight with dual axel and shall have the dimensions of 87 inches wide by 204 inches long by 87 inches height with a low profile frame with bolt down tank restraints.  Foam system must be manual and have two (2) three hundred and thirty (330) gallon tanks not to exceed six hundred and sixty (660) gallons, sixty 60) inches by sixteen (16) inches by sixteen (16) inches diamond plate triple hinge hose/storage boxes, sixty (60) inches by eighteen (18) inches by eighteen (18) inches locking, weather-tight cabinet with point two five (0.25) inches aluminum reinforced walk-on top. Safety items must include electric brakes, parking brake, stainless steel wheel simulators, warning lights and stripes in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and two (2) front and rear LED flood lights with operator station round lights. Supply tank must be IBC tote tanks with automatic foam tank pressure-vacuum vents capable of 60 gallons per minute (GPM) drawdown. Attachment equipment must be a five (5) inch manifold and monitor rise with either four (4) or five (5) inch Storz inlet and two (2) two and a half (2.5) inch gated discharges with caps and cables. The contractor will also supply the following items: operator binder, USB thumb-drive with quick operations card, equipment and warranty documentation, PowerPoint training, foam calculator and operational
