Late proposals will not be considered. The City will not hold a pre-bid conference for this solicitation. The deadline for all questions is Friday, April 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM CST. All questions and answers will be posted on BidSync to ensure that all potential bidders receive the information. Questions will not be answered over the

phone. Sealed proposals will be accepted electronically via BidSync ( www.bidsync.com) or in paper copy. Paper proposals must include one (1) unbound original document in a sealed, opaque envelope addressed to the office of the Purchasing Agent, City of University Park, 3800 University Blvd., University Park, TX 75205 and should be clearly marked: "RFP NO. 2024-04 – TREE SURVEY AND RELATED CONSULTING SERVICES” Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. Added on Apr 16, 2024:We received this question: Does the City have a preferred minimum tree diameter for the inventory? Answer: Please use 6” DBH for the purposes of providing a cost proposal. The City will review this and other survey metrics with the awarded vendor in the kickoff meeting and make decisions based on that vendor’s recommendations.
