Track Changes Amendment 03: The purpose of this RFI amendment is to provide additional clarity to the RFI document.
Specifically, the FRTIB uses standard Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for its financial statements and Governmental Accounting for accounts payable, budget, and procurement.
As part of the RFI intent, the FRTIB is seeking information about whether FSM SaaS Solution(s) meet these dual needs. The following RFI SOW Functional Requirement numbers are examples of federal-specific functionality required by FRTIB:
FSM SaaS Solution(s) RFI Attachment A - Functional Requirements:
• Table 1 Financial Management: 14, 68, 69, 75, 78
• Table 2 Procurement: 1, 39, 45
• Table 3 Travel and Expense: 1,2,3
Note that the RFI response deadline remains as stated in Amendment 02.

Amendment 01: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) amendment is as follows:
1. The RFI response deadline is extended three weeks to 09/12/2018 at 11:00 AM ET. All RFI responses are due by this date and time. No further extensions shall be granted.
2. The RFI attachment has been updated to reflect the new response deadline.
3. The RFI attachment has been updated to reflect FBO RFI number TIB-2018-RFI-0008, correcting the typographical errors that had identified the attachment as related to TIB-2018-RFI-0006.
4. All RFI attachment updates are in red text.

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is seeking to further understand the software as a service (SaaS) provider market for Financial Systems Modernization (FSM). The scope of this request for information (RFI) does not include implementation services.
The purpose of this RFI is to:
1. Collect information from software publishers about market capabilities for Financial Systems Modernization SaaS Solutions (e.g., SaaS and/or Hosting/Managed Services).
2. Request feedback regarding Appendix A: Draft Statement of Work (SOW).
