All items were functioning as of their removal date from campus offices. Please see the attachment of pictures and items list. Item specifications are not available at this time. Please note this list is an approximate and an estimate only. Items have been stored in a temperature controlled warehouse which is also the pick up location. Auction is pick up only. Bid questions must be submitted by no later than on 8/11/2023 2:00PM (ET) via the Q&A tool in Jaggaer. Answers to questions will be published via Addendum to the original bid via posting in the bid event. Bids must be input no later than 8/18/2023 at 2:00PM (ET)  All items in the lot are being SOLD AS IS.  Equipment testing is not available.  No returns, no other pictures of units are available.  On-site inspection is not available.  Lot sale only; no separations.  Unless otherwise stated in the bid, the University makes no warranty, express or implied, as to quantity, kind, character, quality, weight, size, or description of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose  Offerors should submit a bid price which reflects & includes FOB Origin – Freight Collect shipping terms for the lot.  All items must be picked-up by Offeror directly or by the Offeror's retained transportation logistics provider at the location of Richmond, KY 40475 – EKU Richmond Campus – specific campus location provided at time of bid award. Specific date and time will be scheduled with University Central Receiving. Hard drive Requirements: The hard drives have been removed from all items. However, if any incidental hard drives are included the buyer will agree to clean any and all hard drives to Department of Defense (DOD) standards and provide documentation of proof . Pick Up/Shipment Information: Description Some items are palletized and others are in boxes. The items in boxes will need to be removed and packaged for shipment by the seller. EKU will not provide any packaging material or assistance in packing. EKU can supply standard size shipping pallets upon request. Asset Location: Eastern Kentucky University 1132 Van Hoose Dr Richmond KY, 40475 Form of Payment: It is agreed that the price offered by Awarded Bidder and accepted by the University is due before or at time of pick-up of the surplus equipment in accordance with ITB-339-2023. All monies paid in accordance with this Agreement will be made by cashier's check, wire transfer, or equivalent. Removal: Pick up/shipment must be scheduled/confirmed within 10 business days from the date of the auction end. All items must be removed within 30 business days from the time and date of auction end. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, for loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. Notes: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
