Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Veterans Affairs Dept intend to enter into an agreement up to 1 year w ith REDSAIL TECHNOLOGIES LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of Docutrack Server License renewal. Annual support/maintenance and licensing renewal for DocuTrack application is used to translate faxed medication orders into an electronic workflow. This allows for less handling of paper and improved speed and efficiency in filling orders . REDSAIL TECHNOLOGIES LLC retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software and maintenance support license. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
