Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) and Secure Wireless Local Area Network (SWLAN) Installation and Integration

                                                                                                  Pre-Solicitation Notice                                                                                                      HHM402-00-0000This is a PRESOLICITATION Notice.  The Virginia Contracting Agency intends to issue a Solicitation for Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) and Secure Wireless Local Area Network (SWLAN) Installation and Integration.  The place of performance for services provided under this contract will be at multiple CONUS/ OCONUS facility locations.  The period of performance will be:  a five (5) year base period with four (4), twelve (12) month option periods.  The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services) with a business size of $30M.  The solicitation will be posted as unrestricted.  The Government anticipates awarding a single award firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.  The contractor

shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the Solicitation.  All responsible sources SHALL meet the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) requirement in order to respond to the resulting Solicitation.  All responsible sources that meet the security requirement may submit a proposal, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency.  The Solicitation Package will be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about November 1, 2020.  No solicitation packages will be mailed. All responses shall be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above.  All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).  It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor beta.SAM.gov for changes or amendments.
