Western Pacific (WESTPAC) Program Solicitation

Description:The WESTPAC Purchase Program covers the annual bulk petroleum requirements under the Western Pacific and Middle East Regions (F76, JA1, JA1 with Additives, and JP5). Cost savings strategies under this solicitation include a minimum lift guarantee of 75%.
