This incudes removing and replacing the pavement as well as pedestrian ramp improvements. The pavement width varies from 28 feet to approximately 60 feet. The asphalt is to be milled to a depth of up to 3.25 inches and replaced with 1.75 inch asphalt intermediate course and a 1.5 inch asphalt surface course within the resurfacing area. The project also includes 100 feet of multi-use path as well as signal improvements, pavement striping, and structure adjustments. Other Details BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS Bids for this project can only be accepted electronically. All lines shall be quoted. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond or a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank.
