The City of Medford requests qualified firms or individuals to submit responses to the Request for Qualifications to provide Architectural & Engineering Services for preparation of complete "bid ready" construction documents for the proposed Medford Sports & Events Complex described within the RFQ document.

Responses must be submitted electronically through BidSync no later than 2:00 pm, PDT, October 1, 2020. Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFQ are submitted prior to the deadline.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all in formalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
