locations. Salt Lake City Corporation provides a variety of services to its citizens. Fees for such services, as well as fines and other payments, are collected at various City locations. City desires to contract with an armored car carrier for the collection and transportation of all monies, checks, or securities collected from such City locations for timely deposit at a financial institution designated by City. It is assumed that the monies, checks, and securities are to be given to the selected contractor at each pickup site in sealable, tamper-evident plastic bags. Offerors may provide pricing for such sealable, tamper-evident plastic bags as part of its proposal, but any cost to City for such bags must be identified separately as part of the price proposal. If there is to be any cost to City for contractor supplying such bags, City reserves the right to purchase such bags from contractor or such other suppliers as City deems best.
