Supervisory Controller Station Rebuild and Installation

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest (NAVFAC NW) currently runs Niagara AX as a systems unifier on a facilities controls systems platform network. We are beginning to migrate our existing facilities as well as develop new projects in Niagara 4 as required for operation on our new Control Systems Platform Enclave (CSPE) network. The control systems (CS) interface with local building and other control systems installed. This task will be to install replacement supervisory controller JACE (Java Application Control Engine) stations at pre-designated locations and program them to meet the NAVFAC NW Niagara 4 Requirements for NAVFAC NW. Register, configure and update legacy Internet Protocol (IP) Direct Digital Control (DDC) supervisor controllers to meet CSPE network requirements. A range of 50 to 90 buildings are expected to be upgraded with the potential of 1 and up to 66 controllers per building and 35 expected JACE replacements and 70 replacement switches.
