The NAVFAC NRDE has a NEW requirement to create a stand-alone contract that will service the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico. The stand-alone construction contract may include for new work, construction, rehabilitation, and repairs of a visitor control center (VCC), commercial vehicle inspection building (CVI), fourbay commercial vehicle inspection canopy (VIC), and sentry booth (SB) to provide pass and identification services for visitors and government employees and its components within the NAICS code listed of Entry Control Facilities the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico. Design-Build is not allowed on this contract. The Government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will include a one year base, with 4 one-year option periods.
