In addition, all\nequipment/materials shall consist of the original manufacturer warranty which shall be transferred to\nthe Homeowner upon final acceptance. Warranties shall include, at minimum, warranties against\ndefects in design, materials, and workmanship. Labor and shipping costs for the replacement of\ndefective material will be borne by the Respondent for the duration of the warranty period.
