50882 Proposal to Lease Land at the Yakutat Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1, Block 4, consisting of approximately 13,628 square feet (ADA-50882 successive lease to ADA-50338), at Yakutat Airport for five years, to expire February 1, 2026.  Applicant:  Greg Dierick.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – hangar for private aircraft storage.  Annual rent:  $2,684.72.
